If you would like to submit an application for credit with Penny's, follow the steps below:

1.  Click to get the desired application. (PDF Format).

Note:  If you are using Internet Explorer, you will go directly to the application.  If you are using Netscape, you will be given the choice to open the file or save the file.  You can simply open the file and print the application.

2.  Print the application.

3.  Complete the information and sign.

4.  Fax to us at (913) 441-1830 or email to: credit@pennysconcrete.com.

Please allow 24-48 hours for processing from receipt of application.  If you have any questions, call Penny's at 913-441-8781 (local) or 800-524-6474 (toll-free) and ask for the Credit Department.
